Method
- Mix all the tuna avocado topping ingredients in a bowl.
- Generously butter both sides of 2 slices of sourdough bread. Lightly toast the buttered sourdough slices in a pan or in the oven
- Preheat the oven to 200°C / 392°F
- Put a layer of shredded cheese on the toasted bread, cover with a generous layer of the tuna avocado topping mix. Top the melt mix with another layer of cheese.
- Put the topped slice into the oven on the grill setting for 5-10 mins until all the cheese melts.
- Serve hot. Top with a drizzle of sriracha if you love the heat.
