Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups of mixed mushrooms or mushrooms of your choice roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red fresh chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic chopped
  • 2 tablespoons toasted peanuts crushed
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil any variety
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • wok or frying pan

Method
 

  1. Heat a wok or pan on the highest heat setting until it starts to smoke. Add 1 tablespoon cooking oil and wait for it to smoke.
  2. Add 3 cups of mixed mushrooms or mushrooms of your choice, roughly chopped and let it sit in the pan without stirring it for 1 minute.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste, and saute on high heat for 1 minute. Continuously saute the ingredients from now on to avoid burning.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon finely chopped red fresh chillies and 1 tablespoon chopped garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons toasted crushed peanuts and saute for another minute.
  6. Turn off the heat, add 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil and mix through.
  7. Serve
